Denny’s – Offers a free meal on your birthday. I have claimed this just by showing my license, but the website now shows a sign-up for their rewards program, so you might want to do that to be on the safe side.
Firehouse Subs – Sign up for Firehouse Rewards and receive a FREE Medium Sub with any purchase on your birthday.
Grimaldi’s – Get a Free Appetizer when you enroll in Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Rewards and you can qualify for a free 16” Traditional cheese pizza on your birthday! (Must have made a prior food and/or beverage purchase to qualify.)
IHOP – You can get a free stack of pancakes through IHOP’s International Bank of Pancakes program. It’s their play on cryptocurrency, where you earn “PanCoins” which you can redeem for food. The current birthday promo is 5 PanCoins which will get you a free stack of pancakes.
Joe’s Farm Grill – Free birthday meal gift is for Dine-In only, on your date of birth, with proof of I.D. No registration is currently required.

PLEASE NOTE – Many of these companies require you to register in advance and a handful will allow you to get a birthday freebie on your actual birthday by showing your ID confirming your birthday. The birthday certificates for food typically exclude alcohol, taxes, and gratuities and usually must used be for dine-in meals. They also have specific windows for use, for example, some coupons may last your whole birthday month and others may be good for up to 14 days after your birthday. Lastly, birthday promos cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or coupons.
